Fairy Cakes

On a lovely Easter Monday morning I thought why not make some fairy cakes.
The ingredients are so simple to remember, 100g of flour, sugar, butter and 2 eggs then all the additional toppings of sprinkles and icing. Baking is one of my favourite things to do. I've used silicone cake cases so I can reuse them over and over. The cakes taste amazing and I have my own little technique for the great taste is when creaming in the butter and sugar together only put in half the sugar then cream and then add the other half. Also I like to use really soft butter so it is easier to cream together.
